Who We Are - Force4Good
Our Vision
Founded by Brenda & Dean Benard, the Force4Good Initiative is the charitable / giving arm of Benard + Associates, and part of our commitment as a certified B-Corp. We are not a foundation and we will never ask for money directly. All our work is to support and give to existing charities and non-profits. Please take a look at our intro video, where we explain more about our purpose.
Our name comes from one of the concepts of being a B-Corp, which is “Using business as a force for good”. We believe in giving back and doing what we can to make everyone's world a better place. The four tenants of our philosophy are Empowerment, Compassion, Collaboration, and Commitment. Funded by Benard + Associates, and supported through the hard work of the Benard + Associates staff, the Force4Good Initiative is more than just a name; it's our commitment to making a tangible, positive difference in the world, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and building a brighter, more equitable future for all."

Giving is living, and we are passionate about unlocking the potential in individuals and communities, providing them with the tools and opportunities to thrive. Our programs range from educational scholarships to skill-building workshops, all designed to foster self-sufficiency and growth.
COMPASSION
At the heart of our efforts is a deep sense of empathy and a will to continually learn and understand the issues people face, the needs they have, and the best ways we can maximize our positive impact for those in need.
COLLABOARATION
Recognizing that collective efforts yield greater results, we emphasize partnership and community involvement, working hand-in-hand with other organizations to magnify our impact.
COMMITMENT
We believe that any effort to make positive change requires commitment for the long term. Problems don’t appear overnight and neither do solutions. We are here for the long haul and will continue to work hard until we are all at the top of the mountain.
